These transactions include (but may not be limited to): deal structure and processes, due diligence, and post-closing integration.

Ben Kiser is the Business Relationship Manager for Clear Capital Partners.

Ben is a graduate from the University of Mobile. He has currently received his associates in Science, Bachelor’s in History Education, and is currently working on his Master of Arts in leadership at Luther Rice college. In this Clear Capital Partner role, Ben is responsible for future & current client research as well as analyzing CCP’s investment strategies and partnerships with our clients.

Ben has been in ministry for about 7 years and is currently serving as a youth and college pastor in Foley Alabama. He enjoys traveling around and preaching God’s Word on the side. Ben is currently working to become a leadership coach in the future.


Alan Thomas is the Acquisitions Transition Coach for Clear Capital Partners.

After graduating from the University of South Carolina in 1984, Alan ventured into entrepreneurship when he and his 2 business partners took over a struggling men’s clothing business in Columbia, South Carolina and within the first year tripled revenues and achieved profitability. Over the next several years the business grew and became widely recognized as one of the leading independent men’s clothing stores in South Carolina.

In 2005, Alan successfully sold his interest in his business to his 2 partners. Upon selling his business, Alan and his wife Angie decided to live out their dream of moving to Amelia Island, Florida with their 4 children.

Since 2005 they have started and grew a direct sales organization to over 40,000 distributors, successfully built a thriving life insurance agency leading and training dozens of successful agents.

Alan and Angie coach business owners, entrepreneurs, and achievers to reach high levels of success both personally and professionally.

Angie and Alan have been married 33 years and have 4 children ranging in age from 17 to 29 years old. The entire family are passionate supporters of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation since their daughter Ashley was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 2015.


Anna Chevalier is a project manager for Early Education Business Consultants focused on research and development of state licensing requirements human resource management regulatory requirements.  She received her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Old Dominion University. While at ODU she studied under Dr. Katherine Kersey and worked at the ODU Child Development and Study Centers. Also, she has 10+ years of teaching experience in the early childhood field. Anna has been an Administrative Director since 2008 and is the founding director of Francis Asbury Preschool.  Anna began supporting area preschools at the consulting level in 2015. Her expertise is working with childcare programs to implement changes that allow them to meet the requirements for state licensure through improved policies and procedures, employee training and leadership development.


Bill Holloran brings forty-one years of experience in business, strategy development and economic development to the leadership team of Early Education Business Consultants. He served as a Senior Vice-President for Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, and General Manager at Day & Zimmermann from 2006 to 2018; a $1.3 billion industrial maintenance conglomerate providing maintenance modification, specialty contracting, and staff augmentation to the power industry and government customers.  (Day & Zimmermann is the firm that acquired The Atlantic Group). He also worked for eleven years with the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce and Thomas Nelson Community College serving as Executive Director of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC)). Developed and implemented management assistance, international and financial programs throughout Hampton Roads region to over 2,200 small businesses resulting in an average addition of approximately 300 jobs and additional capital investment of more than $17 million per year.  His role in EEBC is to ensure seamless and successful transition of the acquisitions of early care and education businesses to the Clear Capital ECE portfolio.
