Denise Wittman is the Human Resources Generalist for Clear Capital Partners (located in the CCP Chattanooga, TN office)

Wittman holds a B.S. Degree in Organizational Management from Covenant College with a minor in Multi-Disciplinary Education and is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resources Management. Wittman brings over twenty years of Human Resources Management experience. She has worked extensively in the areas of education and healthcare with a focus on organizational design, staff learning & development and process improvement. She is passionate about employee engagement and supporting all facets of human resources to promote excellence in client services and an outstanding work environment. She is an active Board Member for District Nine Education Foundation where she strives to support the enrichment of the educational and developmental opportunities for elementary public school students by implementing and uniting fundraising efforts.

When Denise is not working, she enjoys cooking, landscaping, travel, research projects and nature walks. Her interest include reading and researching ancient history, architecture and archaeology. She is a native of Chattanooga, TN and enjoys activities with her four grown children and three grandchildren.


Connie Mayne is the Corporate Office Bookkeeper for Clear Capital Partners (located in the CCP Chattanooga, TN office)

Mayne came to Clear Capital Partners with over 25 years of Finance, HR, Payroll and Bookkeeping experience. She works closely with the Clear Capital CFO to maintain and organize financial records, accounts payable, banking information, payroll and most other aspects of CCP corporate accounting structure.

Connie has been married for 32 years with 4 children and has a recent addition of her first grandson. Besides enjoying time with her growing family, she loves to garden, hike, kayak and also dabbles in landscape photography. On quieter days, Connie enjoys knitting items for her family, friends and those in need in her hometown of Chattanooga, Tennessee.


Meagan Hamm is the Acquisitions Manager for Clear Capital Partners.

Prior to joining Clear Capital Partners in 2020, Hamm served as a Mortgage Loan Originator and Executive Assistant at Hamilton Mortgage Corporation. While there, she originated various types of mortgage loans and supported the companies highest producing Mortgage Loan Originator.

Hamm also worked at a Regions Bank as a Financial Service Specialist II and worked with a high-volume client base. With over 12 years of experience in the financial industry and a strong performance background in high pressure environments, she skillfully managed the administrative duties, provided Human Resource support, and played a significant role in analyzing financial data.

Meagan Hamm’s well-rounded experience represents strong analytical skills, office management, financial expertise, and sales. She earned her Nationwide Mortgage License through the Nationwide Mortgage License System and Registry (NMLS) and has the potential to lend in all 50 states.


Lindsay Schumacher is the Corporate Public Relations / Social Media Director for Clear Capital Partners.

Lindsay is the owner and founder of L. Schumacher Consulting, a comprehensive marketing and public relations firm.  She has managed communications, increased visibility, and driven sales for a broad set of industries including healthcare, restaurant, real estate, schools, daycares, churches, insurance, pharmaceutical, retail, and many more.  She is passionate about helping clients shine and attributes her success to the ability to understand what drives consumer behavior…. human to human interactions and relationship building.

Lindsay is a natural motivator and has delivered numerous trainings and coaching sessions across the Southeast on such topics as digital strategy, social media 101, social media advertising, media relations, and crisis communication.

Lindsay is a published outdoors freelance writer and content specialist.  Her articles have been featured in both national and local publications including Portico, Hook & Barrel Magazine, Big Beautiful Baldwin, and The Buzz.

Lindsay’s career began in healthcare but she quickly discovered her love of marketing & public relations as her role as Director of a crisis center in Montgomery, Alabama over 20 years ago.  While in this position, she began the first stand-alone center for forensic evidence collection for rape victims in Alabama.  Lindsay utilizes her diverse background to help clients form relationships with their target audiences and ultimately become leaders in their specific genres.

Lindsay is devoted to philanthropy and community service.  She is the Vice President of the Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation, Publicity Chairperson for St. Benedict Catholic School, coaches cheerleading, and is a lector in her church.  She has served as the Vice President of the American Cancer Society Leadership Council of Baldwin County where she was awarded the ACS Volunteer of the Year, President of the South Baldwin Regional Medical Center Women’s Advisory Council, Foley Main Street Board of Directors, Family Promise Board of Directors, Former Treasurer of the Alabama Recovery Network, Public Relations Chairperson for the Alabama Coalition Against Rape, Vice Chairman of the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce Diplomat Program, Former Treasurer of the Alabama Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council where she was awarded the AADA Professional of the Year.

When Lindsay is not working or volunteering, she can be found with her husband and son on the plains of Auburn University or in the outdoors fishing, clay shooting, or on her paddleboard.


Vanessa – Corporate Office Assistant
