Chris Isbell is the Chief Executive Officer for Clear Capital Partners.

Chris began his career at age 21 in real estate as a Developer and Investor; starting with $1000 saved from tip money and building his company to $10M in annual sales over an 8 year period, amassing over 300 rental units, and quickly becoming a leader in the community.  Chris has also seen success in the insurance brokerage arena, starting from scratch in 2012 with his business partners and building a national presence seeing over $26M in annual sales.

Chris brings not only extensive business knowledge, but valuable lessons learned in creating and building a sustainable business from his past experiences that he is able pass along to business owners.

Chris’ passion is helping business owners live a better life by offering ways to automate their business so they can enjoy its fruits.  As a natural leader he has served in various roles throughout his career as the Past President of the local Chamber of Commerce as well as being a former board member of the County Economic Development Authority.

Chris has also been featured in radio and print on business topics as a columnist for the Millbrook Independent, radio host of the weekly show, “Business Sense” for WACV 1170 in Montgomery, AL. and as the author of, “Don’t Drive, Be Driven“, a step by step guide to automating your business.  Chris also has conducted many workshops on ways to improve business systems and processes to increase profits and efficiencies.

Outside of work, Chris is married with 3 children and serves as a Sunday School teacher and volunteer for children and adults.

Parker C. Johnston is the General Counsel for Clear Capital Partners.

Parker C. Johnston is a 1985 graduate of Auburn University, where he served as president of Pi Sigma Alpha, the political science honor society, and as scholarship chairman for Farm House fraternity. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Administration. Parker earned his Juris Doctorate from The University of Alabama School of Law in 1988, where he was selected as a member of the Trial Advocacy Board, was recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in the study of evidence and served as Vice-Chairman of the Federalist Society.

Upon graduation from The University of Alabama, Parker served as the first law clerk to Judge John B. Bush, presiding judge of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit. He has been in the private practice of law since 1989 and is a former law partner of Elmore County District Court Judge Patrick D. Pinkston and of Elmore County Probate Judge John E. Enslen. Parker has served as president of the Elmore County Bar Association and is a past member of the American Inns of Court. He is currently a member of both the Elmore County Bar Association and the Baldwin County Bar Association. Parker also serves as an adjunct professor of law at the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University, and has led and taught seminars on numerous topics, particularly related to the concerns of small business. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the School of Business at Columbia Southern University and is a mentor with the Young Entrepreneur’s Academy sponsored by the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce.

Parker is admitted to practice in courts throughout the State of Alabama, including the Alabama Supreme Court, the Alabama Courts of Criminal and Civil Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. Parker’s legal practice is primarily focused on family law, personal injury/wrongful death litigation, business and corporate matters, and criminal defense. He also serves as the county conservator and estate administrator for Elmore County.

Parker is an active member of the Millbrook Area Chamber of Commerce, and of the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Johnston’s primary location is in the Gulf Shores office, where he services clients in the south Alabama area; however, he continues to service his central Alabama clients in the Millbrook office as well.

Ryan Robinson is the Chief Marketing Officer for Clear Capital Partners.

Robinson graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a BS Degree in Communications. With over 20 years in the creative marketing field, Robinson has managed the marketing of dozens of companies (from small companies to Fortune 500’s) and produced video productions for multiple businesses, cable networks and production facilities throughout the Southeast.

He has more than a decade of distinguished production credits to his name. During those 20 years, Robinson has won multiple awards and was also honored as one of Fox’s Top Marketing Producers in the Country.

Since the inception of CCP, Robinson has been the “driving force” Marketing Director; overseeing all Print, Web, Social Media, and Videography for everything that CCP owns and operates.

Ryan Robinson has been happily married for 19 years to Cortney and together they have 2 High School Kids.
